Our beachfront home is perfect for a family or friends retreat since it has all the amenities to enjoy the beach and the perfect climate of our beautiful city. It has a spacious patio, with a heated pool ideal in cold weather as well as a large kitchen to cook at home. Your space will be the first floor of the house, so it will be private since access to the second floor is separate. It also includes BBQ, two rooms with private bathroom and an exterior bathroom. The space is perfect for enjoying outdoor activities, cooking at home or on the grill and eating in front of the sea, running on the beach, exercising, yoga or whatever the activity of your choice is. In the back space, you will have two private rooms with their own bathroom with 2 double beds and in the front a spacious room with a kitchen, as well as a room that currently has two bunk beds for children or simply more guests. The kitchen area will be where you can meet the family and their dinners with a shaded area and a grill for their roast meat. It also has a pool that is heated with solar energy in case it gets a little cold in winter time.

In the main area of ​​the house, there is the main bedroom with a king size bed, next door, inside the same building, there is a room for children with two bunk beds, these rooms can be accessed from the kitchen, which is like the main common area, which has a round table for 10 people, the bathroom for these two bedrooms is located on the outside, that is, there is no private bathroom in these two bedrooms, but they have to leave the building and walk a few steps to the exterior bathroom located in the courtyard, one meter away from the kitchen area just mentioned. The other two bedrooms are located at the beginning of the property by the entrance, also on the ground floor, since as described in the advertisement, the access for guests is exclusively the first floor of the house, both rooms have a bathroom. private.
